All orders are process in the system the same day. Packaging and labeling between 48 and 72 hours.

All shipments to the USA are made through the USPS or UPS, in case of international shipments we use ePacket.

If the product has the FAST&FREE flag, delivery time is 3-9 days.

Art and custom products as mugs, t-shirts, bags, pillows, caps are from USA and the delivery time is between 9-18 business days.

For products with International Shipping, the delivery time varies between 20-60 days. You should see the estimated delivery date on the product, during and after purchase. The times can be extended in festivities, tragedies, environmental disasters or due to force majeure. Remember these are not exact dates, are estimated.

Since not all products have the same shipping time, if you buy different products, they can be shipped together or separately.

Your purchase is protected with delivery guarantee, if you do not receive the item after 15 business days from the delivery deadline, you will receive a 100% refund of your money.

IMPORTANT NOTE: The system records exactly the address you type without any chance of error. If the product cannot be delivered because you have written the wrong or incomplete address, a returned item fee applies, and you will be reimbursed for only 50% of the total order.
